new program

Today, I started a new 4 week training program. I am very excited about this and where it will take me. 

I got up bright and early and got my sweat on! 

Here is what I did...

I definitely can't wait for Wednesday's workout! It is going to be a killer!

3 DAYS UNTIL MY CRUISE!!!
